Apple Crumble Bars Healthy Recipe
This June we bring you delicious and super healthy desserts from the hand of Luisa Toro. Take note and surprise family and friends the next time you see each other!
 
Ingredients:
• 2 cups oatmeal
• ½ cup of honey
• ½ cup peanut butter
• 1 spoon of vanilla
• 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon of nutmeg
• ½ cup coconut milk
• 1 cup of applesauce
 
Preparation:
1- Combine all the ingredients in a container until you have a dough that is easy to handle.
2- Spread the dough in a previously ready mold with coconut oil. Use your hands to spread the dough evenly and leave it in the oven at 180 ° 10 minutes.
3- Once the 10 minutes have passed, remove everything from the oven and spread the applesauce on top and, on the mash, granola flakes.
4- Put the dough back in the oven for another 20 minutes.
