  • Pear: Pear is a fruit that contains more than 80% water, so it is very easy to digest. In addition, they have a large amount of vitamins such as A, B1, B2, B3, C, E and K. It is rich in folic acid, copper, phosphorus, potassium, boron, calcium, iron, magnesium, sodium and sulfur.
