In the middle of August it starts a very special time for us: our fields start to fill of some of the fruits that, eventually, will be destined to make our 100% natural fruit desserts, a new alternative for eating fruit in a comfortable, easy, healthy and natural way. As you know, we are fruit producers and we have started our harvest!
We start this those delicious red apples, named Royal Gala, located in our fields in l’Escala. Those apples grow between the sea and the Canigó Mountain, a perfect environment to get this sweet and delicious fruit.
Do you see these enormous blue boxes? This harvest goes directly to this big boxes, named palots, so we can transport easily the fruit to our storehouse and make our 100% natural fruit desserts. Now, our Anela Family can play inside these boxes, but in a few days they will be full of fruit of the best quality!
And those are not all the news we have for you: in September it starts the harvest of Golden apple, with its characteristic green color, and the harvest of the pear, with a very sweet variety! We can see the first apples in our fields located in the zone of Alt Empordà. We are looking forward making our desserts with an absolute control of the traceability and bring you the more delicious desserts made with 100% fruit that you will find in on the market!
